Do you ship Internationlly?

We currently ship to following countries:

Shipping to the USA is temporarily unavailable, because Lithuania Post and other shipping carriers are temporarily suspending services due to uncertainty over new US customs regulations that took effect on August 29, 2025. The elimination of the US de minimis exemption for duty-free imports means all shipments will require customs entry, and since the US has not provided clear instructions on how duties will be collected, carriers are suspending operations to avoid delays and disruptions.

How to track an order?

When shipping the order. You receive an email that includes tracking number, that you can use to check the delivery status of your purchase.

I did not receive the package within the stated delivery time.

Estimated delivery time is only approximate average based on Lithuanian Post for a specific location, while we try our best to meet the highest standards, unfortunately delayed delivery times can be caused by many reasons such as: custom processing, severe weather conditions, high-volume periods and etc.

If you haven't received an order, after lengthy period of time, please contact us and make sure to include your order number.



How products with 3 month or 1 month subscriptions are being delivered?

3 month subscription, means that the payment, shipping and delivery reoccur once in every three months until cancelled. And 3 bottles are being delivered all at once.

1 month subscription, means that the payment, shipping and delivery reoccur once every month until cancelled. And 1 bottle is being delivered.

One-time purchase, means that the product will be delivered only once, and If you need more you will have to reorder manually thus paying more. Maximum quantity for one time purchases is 2 bottles, If needed more, please consider applying for the subscription.

Why my order has split delivery?

When ordering a few products, you may notice that the products will arrive in split order. Some of our products are located in different warehouses, making the shipping and delivery processes separated. Because of that, products may arrive at the different times or with different couriers.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until it has been shipped. Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at mysacredsolution@gmail.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

How to return an order?

Returns are only accepted if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please note that products which have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

I received damaged or incorrect products?

Can I microneedle while using Sacred Hair Restore Serum?

Yes, you can and this can definitely maximize the results. We strongly recommend waiting at least 24 hours after microneedling before applying any topical treatments, including Sacred Hair Restore Serum, to allow your scalp time to recover.

Does the progress reverse after discontinuing the products?

Like any hair wellness products or drugs, results are maintained with consistent use. There is no guarantee, that if you stop usage of our products, your results won't go back to the initial baseline.

Are there any possible side-effects?

Our products are completely natural. The whole point of our brand is to push natural & safe alternatives for a popular medical hair loss treatments.

For sensitive scalps with problematic scalp issues, use this treatment with caution. That includes: allergies, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, acne, etc. If your scalp is easily irritated or reactive, we do not recommend using our Serum. Always do a patch test to see how your skin reacts to the product.

How often should I apply the serum?

We recommend starting gradually to see how your scalp reacts. Once comfortable, apply the serum once daily. Use about 1.5 - 1.7 ml of liquid ~ 30 drops, daily and cover your entire scalp and focus on areas of concern. Leave for at least few hours, before washing. For best results, apply it before bedtime, leave it on overnight, and wash it out in the morning.

Why after application my scalp has a tingling sensation?

A mild tingling sensation is normal. The active ingredients in Sacred Hair Restore Serum are designed to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, which can create this feeling. It’s a sign the formula is working.

Is it okay for hair to shed and fall more while starting the treatment?

Don't worry this is a natural part of the hair growth cycle. As the serum begins working, some old and weaker hairs may shed to make room for new, healthier, and stronger hairs to grow in their place.

Can the serum be used alongside other hair growth products?

All of our products are designed to be compatible with each other. If you’re using other hair growth treatments, it depends on the specific ingredients. We recommend doing your own research or consulting a professional to make sure the products are safe to combine and won’t cause unwanted reactions.

Should the serum be applied on wet hair or dry hair?

The serum works best when applied to a dry scalp. A slightly damp scalp is okay, but avoid applying to wet hair because it can dilute the product. While it doesn’t strictly matter if your hair is freshly washed, applying on a clean scalp generally helps with better absorption.

Can I style my hair with styling products after I have applied the serum?

It’s best to avoid using styling products right after applying the serum, as they can clog pores and reduce effectiveness. However, once the serum has fully dried and absorbed into your scalp, occasional light use of styling products is okay.
